Estos pasos no solo facilitan el seguimiento de su tiempo real trabajado, sino que tambi\u00e9n ayudan a evitar errores en las n\u00f3minas y mejoran la comunicaci\u00f3n con nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recordar<\/strong>: El tiempo real trabajado, no es el tiempo a cobrar, este \u00faltimo depende del acuerdo con el cliente final sobre el salario a percibir y el primero influye en el tiempo m\u00e1ximo trabajable anualmente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exactitud en las n\u00f3minas<\/strong>: Al registrar correctamente tus horas trabajadas, garantizamos que las n\u00f3minas reflejan el tiempo real invertido, evitando discrepancias y asegurando que cada uno reciba lo que le corresponde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparencia con el cliente<\/strong>: Informar adecuadamente sobre el tiempo dedicado a cada proyecto o tarea genera confianza y demuestra nuestro compromiso con la calidad y la eficiencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimizaci\u00f3n del tiempo<\/strong>: Marcar los breaks es esencial para una correcta gesti\u00f3n del tiempo, permiti\u00e9ndonos mantener un equilibrio saludable entre trabajo y descanso.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pasos a seguir:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre-call<\/strong>: Antes de iniciar el trabajo a poder ser con 1 hora de antelaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la APP indicamos al cliente que todo va bien y que acudiremos al trabajo seg\u00fan lo esperado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-in<\/strong>: Al comenzar el trabajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-out<\/strong>: Al finalizar el trabajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Breaks<\/strong>: Tiempo de descanso durante la jornada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguiendo estos pasos, no solo facilitamos la gesti\u00f3n interna, sino que tambi\u00e9n mejoramos nuestra relaci\u00f3n con los clientes, mostrando un alto nivel de profesionalidad y organizaci\u00f3n.
